How quickly will I get a reply?
We answer every enquiry within one working day, Monday to Friday. Most product and documentation questions are answered the same day.
Can you send me the Certificate of Analysis for my batch?
Yes. Quote the batch number printed on the vial label and we will send the matching certificate. Most batches are already published in the certificate library, where they can be downloaded immediately.
Do you offer technical or dosing advice?
We can help with specifications, storage, handling and analytical documentation. We cannot provide medical, dosing or clinical advice - all products are supplied strictly for laboratory research.
Where is my order?
Orders placed before the dispatch cut-off leave the same working day with tracking. The tracking number is in the dispatch email and under Orders in the account area.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Sealed, unopened vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Because peptides are temperature-sensitive, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be accepted. See the returns policy for the full terms.
